About PetYearsCalc
PetYearsCalc is a small, independent website with one simple goal: to answer "how old is my pet in human years?" better than the old ×7 rule.
What we do
We build free, fast, mobile-friendly calculators for dog, cat, rabbit, ferret, chinchilla, hedgehog, horse, bearded dragon, leopard gecko, ball python, corn snake, axolotl, tortoise, turtle, parakeet, budgie, cockatiel and parrot owners — for puppies and kittens, specific breeds, small dogs, senior cats, Siamese, Maine Coon and Ragdoll cats (lifespan, growth chart and age in human years for both Maine Coons and Ragdolls), rabbits, ferrets, chinchilla lifespan and age, pet and wild hedgehog lifespan, hedgehog hibernation and hedgehog life stages, pet rat lifespan, rat age in human years, rat size by age, wild rat species, mouse lifespan and how long rats and mice survive without food or water, horses and ponies, bearded dragon size, age and feeding, leopard gecko lifespan and size by age, axolotl lifespan, size by age and life cycle, ball python (royal python) size by age and feeding, corn snake size, lifespan, feeding and morphs, tortoise and turtle lifespans, parakeet, budgie and parrot lifespans by species, how to tell a budgie's age, and even estimating age from teeth. Every tool runs in your browser, so your pet's details never leave your device. We also make fruit fly, gnat and flightless fruit fly culture calculators — including fruit fly egg, larvae and pupa timers and a berry salt water test — plus mosquito, crane fly, house fly and cluster fly calculators, for curious homeowners and for keepers who raise feeder insects.
